    It can help some people… but then again, whatever kind of music you like can help stimulate brain activity.
    Different types of music can activate different areas of the brain… it depends on how you react to it… try experimenting.

    If you’re interested, different smells (like lavender) and colours / lighting can also help you to open your mind.
