find another practitioner to consult with as often we can not see what the underlying energy that is out of balance and what essence is better because the imbalance in us is blurring the picture.

The Australian Bush Flower Essences combination called Meditation that might help you let you inner-self to “talk or manifest a vision” for the right essence that is needed. Though I would suggest adding Jacaranda and Paw Paw to the meditation for ease of decision making and communicating with inner self.

I was going to mix 4 remedies in my bottle, but could not decide which ones. I went through my checklist chart, and wrote down all of the symptoms which I thought applied to me.

After that, I went back through the list, and eliminated 2 which I thought were not as important as the others. I kept repeating the process until I had my 4 basic remedies to mix.

Findhorn and the Australian essences do these, but I am not sure if there is a Bach set.
